LiM Method

The LiM Method is an amazing system that empowers women to solve urinary incontinence through movement, using their slide board product in the privacy of customer’s homes. INDIRAP partnered with LiM Method ahead of their official brand launch, allowing us to position them for success. We laid the foundation for a strong digital presence with video content, built their audience and reputation with consistent social media and blog posts, prepared their website to effectively guide visitors to purchase, and created traffic with engaging paid ad, email marketing and social campaigns.
I worked with LiM to script, storyboard and produce videos that balanced the taboo of the topic with honest discussion, scientific approaches with encouraging, accessible movements. We created a series of 10 exercise videos, guiding users through the program, promotional videos, introduction videos and doctor testimonials. I also spearheaded their social media style guide, content planning and monthly calendars as they launched their product near the end of 2023.
